Unique extraction for plant-identical terpene profiles

Unique 1-step extraction process

The unique 1-Step-Extraction was developed by our research department and is the heart of our production in Berlin. The special feature of this process is that it works at low temperatures and low pressure and does not require any downstream purification for the production of our extracts.

In contrast to conventional processes, this method enables selective extraction of the valuable plant-based active ingredients, while unwanted components such as chlorophyll and waxes remain directly behind.

Comparison with conventional methods

In contrast to conventional methods such as CO2 or ethanol extraction, which require several process steps and often lead to a loss of terpenes, our one-step process enables a direct and unadulterated transfer of the plant's entire spectrum of active ingredients into the end product. This method not only minimizes thermal stress and chemical manipulation, but also ensures the integrity and efficacy of the extracted ingredients. This is how we bring the entourage effect from the flower to the bottle.

More than CBD and THC – research into minor cannabinoids

THC and CBD are the best-known cannabinoids. The European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) has published monographs for both active ingredients.

However, leading researchers are already looking at other cannabinoids. Our extraction technology is particularly well suited to supporting this research and extracting cannabinoids that are still largely unknown and often occur in small quantities. In this way, we support research projects and are already looking to the future of cannabis therapy.
